Special benefits for new office customers
No fixed commitment: There is no binding period on your new office lease, and it can always be terminated with three months’ notice.
No double rent: When you move into a Jeudan office, we cover the lowest rent for up to six months, allowing you to move in straight away without paying rent in two places.*
Freedom to scale up or down in square metres: At Jeudan, we can always help you adjust your space ‒ whether you need more or fewer square metres ‒ with a smooth and cost‑efficient transition to new premises.
Ready‑to‑use office: Your office lease is fully prepared and ready for you when you move in.
In addition, we offer the following terms:
Deposit equivalent to three months’ rent, which can be replaced by a bank guarantee.
Monthly rent payments. At Jeudan, rent is paid one month in advance.
2 members of our move-in support team for 1 day, who will install and assemble your items for you and help you settle in.
Advice on the layout and design of your new office lease from our architects.
24‑hour access to urgent assistance on +45 7010 6070 if you need help with a burst pipe, noise in the stairwell, heavy rain or anything similar.
Access to long-term parking in one of Jeudan’s parking houses in Copenhagen.*
Access to services such as cleaning, plant care and handyman services, as well as conference facilities and bistro access.*
